Doctoral Studies at RUB

RUB Research School
The cross-faculty RUB Research School is the central campus hub for doctoral researchers on our campus. We welcome you as a doctoral researcher actively contributing to state-of-the-art research at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. During your doctorate at RUB (Dr. or PhD) you and your individual doctoral research project are supported by your supervisors and integrated in the international research environment of our 20 faculties. The RUB Research School offers an advanced qualification beyond borders, supports a seamless transition into the job market and advises everyone who is going to start or realizes a doctorate at RUB.

    RUB Research School (RUB-RS) is a result of the collaboration of the faculties in the further development of doctoral studies at the Ruhr-University Bochum.
