Gender

Following the idea of a joined and interdisciplinary community of researchers RUB-RS supports the overarching aim of the university to create equal opportunities for female and male early stage researchers at RUB. RUB has a well-established range of equal opportunities programs for researchers on all levels of their research careers, e.g. mentoring-programs, service offers for parents (both since 2001), MINT-projects for high school girls (since 2002), a dual-career program, (since 2006) and specific programs for the appointment of female professors (since 2008).  You will find all programmes, offers and information on the Equal Opportunities Portal of the university.
