Science College
What makes the Ruhr-University Research School unique is the opportunity it offers to the curious mind - to get in contact with the diversity of science at large with priority to exchange and communication across disciplinary boundaries. Among other activities of the Research School, the Science College seems to be the most appropriate means to direct the fellows’ attention to overarching issues of science and society. The Science College, in which all doctoral fellows take part, will cover recent transdisciplinary research topics and involve leading minds of relevant disciplines.
To receive the Research School certificate doctoral researchers have to participate in the Science College once during the doctorate.
