This training is all about identifying your personal stress triggers and finding new ways to cope with your stressors. You learn to clearly recognize some of your personal stress amplifiers, such as perfectionism, procrastination or the feeling of being alone on this journey. The training invites us to observe how we put ourselves under pressure time and time again and which inner attitudes lead us to behave as we do.
Furthermore, the training offers you the opportunity to exchange experiences with your peers, discussion within groups and self-contemplation.
