To complete your enrolment at RUB you must register in the doctoral database. You must wait until the next work day from initial enrolment for the registration to work. It can be done at home or on

Wednesdays:  9:00-12:00h

Thursdays:  13:00-16:00h

  • Installed smart-card reader, or,
  • Dell keyboard with card reader (only works with Internet Explorer)
  • Chip card, issued since winter term 09/10 (please remember your 6-digit PIN code) - for older chip cards: contact the student registration office 

Software

  • Operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Linux or Mac OSX
  • Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari (not Firefox)
  • Installed chip-card software Cryptovision cv-act
  • Do not use RUBICON
