Technical information on our upcoming online courses
The workshops are offered via external learning platforms, whereby most trainers use ZOOM. For this internet-based networking platform you don't need an own account, but can participate in the workshops via a link that will be sent to you in advance. Of course, these online events are not public and only accessible and visible to the invited participants. No texts or content will be stored on the platforms and no recordings will be made. However, in order to enable interactive collaboration, you should be prepared to participate in the workshop with microphone and video.
You can participate from any location, work together with the trainers and other participants and exchange ideas in the virtual seminar room. Some workshops work with different time windows to make online collaboration meaningful.
We would be pleased if you would help us to further develop these offers through your participation and feedback.
In the future we cannot and do not want to work without presence workshops or events, but especially in the context of the RUB's internationalisation strategy, we see a great opportunity in these online formats: they enable us to support doctoral researchers and postdocs in our worldwide cooperation with the Research School's broad range of qualifications without a great deal of travelling.
