Report Thanks to the financial support by the RUB Research School PR.INT package option, I was able to combine the participation in an international conference with a research stay. I contributed to the Joint Conference of the “22nd Symposium on Thermophysical Properties" and the "18th International Conference on the Properties of Water and Steam" (https://thermosymposium.org/) with a talk about my current work. The presentation and feedback helped me to overcome a bit of stage fright and grow some confidence. It was also amazing to listen to the other talks and connect to researchers around the world in research fields both similar and different to mine, giving me the opportunity to broaden my personal network. Additionally, the county of boulder is a great place to be due to the beautiful nature dominated by the Rocky Mountains and the open-minded community living there.
