| Report | The research school funding allowed me to conduct a research stay at the Golshani Lab at UCLA. There I learned a lot about the different microscopy techniques they employ. These included one-photon microscopy and two-photon microscopy. During my stay I saw how they build their miniaturized UCLA 2-Photon microscope, how it is used, the experiment setup they use it in as well as how the data is analysed. |
