| Report | I was privileged to work at the chair of Prof. Petra Andries at the Ghent University during my stay abroad. Our joint research project is concerned with stakeholder disengagement during early venture development and how entrepreneurs decide to disengage from stakeholders. Presenting our preliminary findings to his research group was an invaluable experience, allowing for rich discussions and different perspectives. In addition, the visit of my supervisor, Prof. Stefanie Bröring, allowed us to deepen our research discussions. Thanks to the research stay, I was able to build an international scientific network which I can resort to for scientific discussions and collaborations. All in all, this research stay was a great experience both from an academic and a personal perspective. |
