Report | Grants from the RUB Research School’s PR.INT programme allowed me to conduct my comparative research on collective mechanisms to enforce anti-discrimination laws at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. During my four month research stay I benefitted in particular from the strong network the Law School has with U.S. anti-discrimination experts and practitioners.I interviewed scholars, lawyers, government officials and non-governmental organizations in the anti-discrimination field with whom my supervisor connected me. They provided me with an expert understanding on which collective enforcement mechanisms in the U.S. have proven to be most and least effective. https://www.law.berkeley.edu |
