| Report | The main focus of the two-week research trip was on the inquiry of the conditions for the development of a successful pastoral learning architecture. The Southern African Catholic Bishop´s Conference agreed on a National Pastoral Plan for the entire Catholic Church of Southafrica in 1989.An improvement of pastoral care should be caused especially through fostering the implementation of Small Christian Communities. This approach is entirely new to the German pastoral landscape. The possibilities of implementing learning processes in the field of Pastoral Care by developing Pastoral Plans constitute the center of my dissertation project. |
