| Report | Internationally, feminist and queer psychologies are well established. In German speaking countries a similar research field does not exist – despite the success of gender studies programs. Our international conference at RUB was the first of its kind to bring together psychologists from German speaking countries working on queer and feminist approaches. In total, 32 papers were presented. Three international keynote speakers – Katherine Johnson, Lisa Beraitser, Erica Burman – shared their theoretical expertise and their experience with institutionalization with us. The conference was very successful in creating a network, participants organize a website, a mailing list and working groups. |
