|Report||In 2016, I was able to spend 3 weeks in Prof. Rachel Barr’s Lab at Georgetown University with PRINT. During the lab visit, we discussed ideas for future projects. In 2017 Prof. Barr came to RUB to plan our collaborative project on early media exposure, sleep, and learning. We are developing and piloting the new Comprehensive Assessment of the Family Environment (CAFÉ). Data are now being collected at multiple sites across the United States and in Europe to collect a better picture of media usage during early childhood. We designed experiments testing the relationships between media exposure, sleep quality, and early learning. Prof. Barr gave a talk on learning from media during childhood.|
