Early Career Researchers Board

The interdisciplinary Early Career Researchers Board (ECR Board) is a key part in the review process of RS
PLUS. It consists of at least twelve members:
- Junior professors or young research group leaders
- Experienced doctoral researchers or early postdocs
The ECR Board:
1. Gives funding recommendations to the Executive Board for applications that require subject-specific evaluation;
2. Makes recommendations to the Executive Board on how to improve the review procedure;
3. Give feedback to applicants as well as doctoral reviewers, concerning the quality of proposals and evaluations, respectively.

The Boards members come from many different research areas and represent a vast array of fields of expertise. The group is highly equiped in supervising the RS PLUS review process.
