Course description

The advanced communication workshop focuses on communication from a leader`s perspective. This perspective involves different roles and responsibilities in communication such as leading communication and being responsible for success in communication. It also supports your communication skills with regards to leadership skills and responsibilities.

The unconventional training atmosphere fosters an active discourse on the individual`s experience, questions and challenges as a professional communicator. Through self-reflection and group work, solutions are being developed which in turn are enriched by the trainer`s input and knowledge. Strategies and suggestions are always considered from a situational point of view. This turns theoretical understanding into practical application.

In this advanced seminar, participants are asked to actively engage, share their knowledge and experience and learn to transfer their intellectual understanding into action via role play, camera feedback and peer review feedback. Advancing communication competences that allow coping with various challenges in difficult communication contexts are a special focus in this workshop.
