Research activities of the Ruhr-University Bochum have been established in different institutions. The different faculties give a good survey of the existing chairs and departments and the involved research projects.

Most of the faculties have developed special pages on their homepages providing you with appropriate information about the application requirements and explanations for the doctoral studies. Further more, several institutes and centres affiliated with the faculties exist and provide additional possibilities for a Ph.D.
