Postdoctoral Researcher Dr. Priya Jain

Priya was offered a postdoc contract by her host Prof. Dr. Tong Li at the Institute for Materials. Priya is currently working on applications for third-party funding to prolong her stay.

Research Explorer Ruhr was a turning point in my academic journey—it introduced me to key funding opportunities and provided the freedom to explore labs and build connections across the university. Following the RER and a subsequent postdoctoral workshop funded by the Research School, I was offered a postdoc position at the Institute of Materials.
