The IRB is not granted as a lump sum, but the actual costs incurred for international activities are reimbursed within the framework of the “Reisekostengesetz NRW”.

Important Notice

According to "Landesreisekostengesetz NRW": Six month after doing your international activity, all claims to reimbursement are void and earlier payments (advanced payment) will have to be paid back, if you do not make a declaration of your costs. Please make your final reimbursement shortly after finishing your activity.
