We support you in expanding your academic profile as a postdoc and in developing your personal competencies for your research and career planning in a reflective and self-reliant way. Under the joint umbrella of Research Academy Ruhr, RUB Research School, Graduate Center TUDo and the Graduate Center Plus of the UDE offer a workshop program for postdocs of the three UA Ruhr universities in the following areas:
- careers in academia and beyond
- leadership, supervision, and management competencies
- communicating, networking, negotiating
- acquiring external funding
In the workshops, you will work with trainers who have a high level of professional expertise in the system and with whom we have a longstanding working relationship.
We offer the workshops across disciplines and universities, supporting you to exchange ideas with postdocs from different research areas at all three UA Ruhr universities. You can register for the workshops individually (participation is free of charge).
