Leadership and Supervision Responsibilities

Your performance in leadership and supervision is important for your success in research. RUB's offers accompany you in successfully managing your ermerging leadership and management tasks, in leading your own working group, and in reflecting on your responsibility for the supervision of doctoral researchers. You can strategically analyze your goals and tasks and develop individual strategies for performing your leadership and supervision responsibilities.

In the InFokus workshops, you can work with experts and other researchers in one-day seminars to develop knowledge and strategies for leadership and supervision tasks relevant to your own research. The seminars are complemented by individual coaching sessions in which you can work on and reflect on your individual concerns and strategies with the experts. The InFokus workshops are offered under the umbrella of the Research Academy Ruhr:
