| Report | The Cold Spring Harbor Asia Conference „GTPases: Mechanisms, Interactions and Applications” was the second conference on GTPases in Suzhou, China. This time, the conference was also focused on heterotrimeric GTPases and therefore completely matched my research area. I got the opportunity to present my work on a poster and discuss it with two prominent researchers on G proteins and their interaction with G protein-coupled receptors: Roger Sunahara and John Tesmer. A couple of new ideas for my research project and a possible collaboration are the result of this great conference. http://www.csh-asia.org/ |
