Report My PhD project is focused on developing new ways to assess and treat pain. The main goal of my research stay at UCL was to develop a coherent framework (predictive processing) for the data which I have collected before my research stay. I feel very lucky for having had the opportunity to collaborate with Karl Friston in London between October 2018 to January 2019. It was a fantastic experience in many ways. Besides presenting and discussing my ideas and engaging with brilliant scientists, I have analyzed data, written it up and - to my delight - have also dived deep into partially observable Markov Decision Processes. I will miss Karl and the Wellcome Trust Center! It’s a great place to be.
