| Report | Since the beginning of 2013, I am the deputy spokeswoman of the DGA (Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Asienkunde) research group. In cooperation with my colleagues I lead and orga-nized the workshop 'Methoden empirischer Asienforschung' which took place from the 17th to 19th of January 2014 at the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg. The workshop participants were undergraduate and graduate students, PhD- students and PostDocs as well as Professors, from Asian-related disciplines. The financial support of the Research School Plus enabled me not only to actively participate in the workshop but also to get in contact with other scientists in my field of research. All in all, the workshop was a great support for my thesis project about the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises in China and improved my methodological skills. www.asienkunde.de |
