| Report | My research stay from February to July 2015 started with a conference from the Australasian Proteomics Society (APS). I have presented previous findings from my doctoral studies. During my research stay at the Australian Proteome Analysis Facility (APAF) in Sydney, I have used the cell culture facility as well as advanced mass spectrometric methods, like SWATH-MS. Therefore I was able to complete relevant parts for my doctoral studies. I especially appreciated the direct and personal exchange with the international researchers, which resulted in new ideas for further investigations. Finally I have presented the results at the Human Proteome Organization (HUPO) World Congress in Vancouver. www.proteome.org.au |
