| Report | My research stay in Zurich provided me with the possiblity to join the conference Schweizerische Geschichtstage with a paper about my doctoral thesis and therefore gather important input for my studies. Furthermore, because of the conference many Historians, who work about medieval Burgundy, which is a part of my dissertation, gathered in Zurich, giving me the opportunity to exchange views about this topic. Additionally I was able to work with books, which are not available in Germany. After Zurich, I could present my obtained informations at the International Medieval Congress in Leeds. This Congress helped me, to strengthen and built new networks in the community of medieval historians. |
