| Report | Based on my funding offered by the Research School Plus I was able to conduct field research at the Ericsson Headquarters in Sweden. Within the first part (10.-20. January 2015) I conducted 14 interviews and facilitated a focus group. In the following research stay in May we presented the findings and could evaluate them as well as retrieving further insights in a world café setting. Furthermore I could present my theoretical framework in one of the leading conferences of my research field in France. Without the great funding oppurtinity my research would not have been possible and I highly recommend it to other researchers. www.ericsson.com/thecompany/company_facts/research |
