Report The 12th International Conference on Greenhouse Gas Control Technologies took place in Austin from the 5th to the 9th of October 2014. The conference is with around 1150 delegates the largest international conference on carbon mitigation technologies and a great platform to present my work. The presentation of my work was as a poster and as full paper to be published in Energy Procedia. During the conference I discussed my work with researchers from all over the world, which showed the importance of my research in pre-combustion carbon capture. Through listening to various talks I also gained an overview over the current developments and achievements in the research field of carbon capture.
