| Report | The Research School Plus funding for a package application enabled me to realize a research stay at Stanford University combined with a visit at the Vision Science Society (VSS) conference. I spend three months as a visiting student researcher at Kalanit Grill-Spector’s Vision and Perception Neuroscience Lab at Stanford University. During my time in the lab I learned how to perform Multivoxel Pattern Analysis on fMRI data – an important approach in Cognitive Neuroscience. Besides learning a lot, I met very nice people during my time there. The visit at the VSS conference furthermore provided me with the opportunity to present my research and get important ideas for finishing my PhD thesis. |
