Report | I had a great time being a part of the well-organized ‘Summer Course Glycosciences 2014’ held at Wageningen, The Netherlands. The sessions and discussions during this course were very informative and interesting. I had a chance to talk to renowned scientists and hear their perspective on working in glycobiology. I also learned about the latest work carried out in glycosciences and about the applicability of various tools and methods.! It was also a nice occasion to share the experience of working in science with my international peers. During the poster session I had the opportunity to discuss my work with other scientists and talk about possibilities to collaborate. For me it was overall a huge benefit to attend this event and learn about the expanse of the glycobiology field at this early stage of my PhD project. I would like to extend my appreciation to the RUB Research School Plus to give me this opportunity to participate in the Summer Course.! |
