| Report | My PhD-project deals with eye diseases, especially with glaucoma and funding of the Research School plus enabled me to visit the most important conference in this field. The ARVO meeting (Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology) proceed annually and this year our stay was in Orlando, Florida. The participation in this conference gave me the opportunity to present my work during a poster session to a lot of people. All visitors were very kind and some of them gave me good advices for my further projects.Beside my own poster session, I participated in many symposia and paper talks. There I was able to learn more about my research field and new methods. The ARVO was again a very informative and inspiring conference. I’m really looking forward to the next one in Denver 2015. www.arvo.org |
