| Report | During my stay in Washington D.C. I acted as a judge in four preliminary rounds of the Philipp C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, in which I participated as a contender in 2011. It was a great experience to reunite with old acquaintances and experience the competition from the other side of the bench. I subsequently went to New York where I met with Sam-Szoke Burke, a legal researcher at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment to discuss my PhD project. I received a lot of valuable input and will hopefully be able to cooperate with the Center on publications in the future. |
