| Report | My participation at the 32nd International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors (ICPS) in Austin, Texas during August 10-15, 2014 has been supported by the Research School PLUS. The ICPS is the premier forum for all aspects of semiconductor physics including electronic and transport properties. That’s why ICPS has been the perfect opportunity for me to give an oral presentation of my PhD project. The comments and questions have been very helpful and have let to fruitful and productive discussions. Beside these great benefits for my research work, I have listened to a lot of interesting talks, have made new contacts and have met again research colleagues from all over the world. http://www.icps2014.org |
