| Report | I applied for a Research School Plus package application with the aim of a research stay at the “Centre de Recherché sur l’Hétéro-Epitaxie et ses Applications” (CRHEA) located in the “Silicon Valley” of France near Nice and the participation in the 20th International conference on ion beam modification of materials (IBMM) in Wellington, New Zealand. With the gained measurement results, the productive discussions and the feedback regarding my research work both trips were a great success for my PhD project and enriched my professional and personal life. I have listened to a lot of interesting talks, have made new contacts and have met again research colleagues from all over the world. www.crhea.cnrs.fr |
