| Report | My research stay included two conferences and a lab visit in the USA.The first conference was a meeting on plasma physics. Many experts were present and I was able to establish contact with a professor and his co-worker, whose work is important for my own research. At the second conference the topics were more application oriented and wide-spread. This was different but no less interesting as it gave an overview over the topics of industrial relevance. The six-week research stay was performed at West Virginia University. It brought my research forward significantly! Due to the limited time and well-working collaboration, this phase was very intense and I made a crucial step forward. |
