| Report | In my PhD project I am working on logical and pragmatic competence in natural language reasoning. I conduct EEG experiments on processing of pragmatic and semantic inferences in language. The funding from the Research School Plus enabled me to take part in annual conference of the Cognitive Science Society, where I presented results of my EEG study. My paper also appeared in the peer-reviewed proceedings of the conference. During the conference I attended a number of very interesting talks and workshops. It was the first time I was able to participate in such a big international event gathering over thousand researchers from various sub-disciplines of cognitive science. http://cognitivesciencesociety.org/conference2014/index.html |
