| Report | My PhD thesis / project at the Insitute of Electronic Circuit Design at the RUB focuses on the development of ultra broadband radar systems. Since radar systems are widely spread throughout a great variety of industrial and research applications the intereset in these systems is steadily increasing. Thus, a permanent exchange with other researchers is necessary to keep staying up to date. An international conference like the ICEAA is therefore an important event and I am glad that I was able to attend it due to the financial support of the RUB research school. The chosen location of the conference on a Caribbean island offered a spectacular and leisure atmosphere which made it very easy to get into a conversation with the other attendees and to establish further contacts. This is always positive for future research activities. |
