| Report | I attended the “9th FENS Forum of Neuroscience” taking place in Milan, Italy, in July 2014 with the funding I obtained from Research School PLUS. This conference is the largest international neuroscience meeting in Europe. I was able to see interesting and inspiring talks presented by leading scientist in the field of learning and memory research from all over the world and talk to other scientists about their projects during the poster sessions. Furthermore, I presented a poster with results from my PhD project “Exploring the relationship between the olfactory system and hippocampus in information processing, learning and synaptic plasticity” and could discuss my research with several neuroscientists sometimes from very different point of view. www.fens.org |
