Report | I participated in the 39th IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing (ICASSP 2014) to present my recent research on single-channel noise reduction entitled at 'A negentropy based adaptive line enhancer for single-channel noise reduction at low SNR conditions'. I found this conference so interesting, and I received valuable feedback on the work that I presented there. ICASSP is the world's largest and most comprehensive technical conference focused on signal processing and its applications. The conference features world-class speakers, tutorials, exhibits, a Show and Tell event, and over 120 lecture and poster sessions. ICASSP includes the IEEE Signal Processing Society Technical Committees like Audio and Acoustic Signal Processing, Speech and Language Processing, etc. In the conference, I found the opportunity of talking with my former colleagues, successful researchers, and prominent professors. Furthermore, I became familiar with the most recent activities of the companies related to my field. www.signalprocessingsociety.org |
