| Report | I highly value the opportunity to work with world class research partners in the field. RUB Research School has given me the chance to go to the Kyoto University in Japan to do research with my interested research partner, Prof. Akira Murakami at the Laboratory of agricultural facilities engineering. We have worked on applying the data assimilation method to identifying soil properties for tunenling application. Besides, I had plenty of chance to exchange ideas and make friends with researchers and research students from and outside of the laboratory. After the exchange, I more believe that parnership and exchange of ideas can help accelerate science work and create life-long research partners whom one could consult at some important points of his/ her research. I thank the RUB Research School for giving this valuable opportunity which definitely contributes a lot to the success of my current and future PhD work. www.kyoto-u.ac.jp/en |
