| Report | The funding of the RUB Research School Plus offered me the chance to attend the 15th World Congress on Pain of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the congress, I presented the results of my first study on pain-related coping responses in athletes and non-athletes during a poster session and strongly benefited from the discussions with leading scientists in the field of pain. My attendance not only provided the opportunity to exchange scientific knowledge and ideas for further studies of my research topic, but also to network for potential collaborations. http://www.iasp-pain.org/ |
