| Report | Thanks to the RUB research school I was able to attend a conference concerning the reformation of Italy’s fixed term employment contract system and to continue my research on a certain aspect of this flexible form of labor contracts within the University of Padova’s law faculty. It would have been impossible to gather such an amount of information and to make the acquaintance of other researchers without undertaking the research on site. I’m curious whether I might suggest the integration of certain aspects of Italian labor law into the German legal system in order to enhance employees’ chances for transparency when contracting on a fixed term basis as a result of my doctoral thesis. www.giurisprudenza.unipd.it |
