| Report | First of all, I attended the 4th international conferences on metal-organic framework compounds (MOF2014) from 28th Sep to 1st Oct at Kobe, Japan. During the conference I presented my research on the development of MOF thin film devices for selective detection of vapor phase volatile organic compounds. In addition, I discussed with some researchers and scientists (e.g., Dr Mark Allendorf and Prof. Guangshan Zhu) about my understanding of MOFs and the perspective and the obstacle for realistic applications.
