Report My attendance of the international conference ASME Turbo Expo 2014 for turbo machinery at Düsseldorf, Germany, was a great opportunity to get into contact with other researchers. Researchers and industrial developers from all over the world meet at this annual conference. By presenting and discussing my results with the professionals I got inspirations for my further studies in the field of numerical prediction of blade vibrations. Furthermore, the ASME conference presents a broad range of gas and steam turbine topics and therefore gives the opportunity to learn more about other research sectors. Thanks to Research School Plus for supporting my conference participation with 350 EUR.
