Report | My project consisted of a poster presentation at the International Congress of Infant Studies in New Orleans, and a subsequent 3-week lab visit at Georgetown University. Presenting the poster at the conference allowed me to communicate my studies to a wide range of experts and gave me the opportunity to receive valuable feedback. During the lab visit, I had the opportunity to work with Professor Rachel Barr in the Georgetown Early Learning Project. I was able to be to learn different newly developed methods to study infant memory using imitation tasks, to give a presentation on my research to the members of the lab, and to discuss ideas for future projects which resulted in a collaboration. elp.georgetown.edu |
