| Report | The summer school came to the meeting my interest to research, from an ethnographic perspective, on anti-bullying policies and programs that exist in the European panorama, in order to expand my comparative universe of data, which already includes Brazil, in Latin America and the United States, in North America. Germany would be, in this sense, a base of research, with the possibility of reaching other neighboring countries. The Institute for Diaspora and Genocide Studies, in turn, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Mihran Dabag, at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, covers research topics that dialogue with my study interests, including minority politics, rights, memory, narratives, loss, trauma, and intergenerational consequences. My candidacy for the summer program had sustained itself by my previous experience abroad, such as the Fulbright Visiting Researcher, which paved the way for comparative research on an international level; by the series of articles I have already published regarding my doctoral research, in academic journals recognized by the agency responsible for higher education in the Brazilian Ministry of Education; in addition to the recognition I received from the Brazilian Association of Anthropology, with an honorable mention of my Ph.D. work in the Anthropology and Human Rights Award for the year 2018.
