Report With support from the Fulbright Doctoral Scholarship, I am spending six months as a visiting PhD researcher at City University New York. My PhD focuses on the evolution and transformation of organizational resilience of advanced gangs. This research stay at CUNY provides me with the opportunity to conduct field research on gangs in the New York metropolitan area and to greatly expand my academic network.
