Report This study aimed to evaluate the effect of prenatal stress on FCA by behavioral tests in rats and to investigate the epigenetic mechanism of the targeted brain regions. For this purpose, the following are evaluated: the effect of prenatal stress on FCA using different motor laterality tests in rats, expression levels of different genes in both hemispheres and their relationships with prenatal stress, the differences in behavioral asymmetry and epigenetic regulation during the different periods of postnatal development (days 21, 40, 60 and 90) in male and female pups exposed to prenatal stress
