The grant from Research School Plus allowed me to conduct field research in Hochiminh City Vietnam; an in-depth interviewing with key informants and a household survey were carried out in August 2019 and July 2022. I also had an opportunity to present my research results at the Urban and Regional Economics Session, YSI Asia Convening 2019 and received fruitful feedback from other researchers. Especially, I am so grateful that the Research School Plus promoted and supported the international mobility for researcher mothers like me as I could bring my child along during field research. |
