I completed a research visit at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law at the University of Cambridge. During my research visit, I had the opportunity to present my doctoral research in a small forum at the Centre and received fruitful feedback and questions that will help me strengthen my research. The research visit provided me with plenty of opportunities to discuss my research in informal settings too. I benefitted from exchanges and meetings with academic members of the Lauterpacht Centre and other visiting fellows as well as from attending lectures and talks throughout my research visit. The research visit, including the experience of presenting my doctoral research in a 'new' forum, was an extremely valuable opportunity that has helped me finalize parts of my PhD. |
