| Report | My PhD thesis deals with the deeper understanding of the formation of various carbon-R bonds (R= C or B) under photochemical and mechanochemical conditions. This includes the investigation on a suitable combination of Mechano- and Photochemistry by designing a novel reactor, which meets the emerging requirements and examination the milling parameters. The PR.INT Research School grant gave me the opportunity to attend the conference on Solid State Science and Research (SCIRES23) which took place in Zagreb (Croatia) in June 2023. Here, I was able to present my research in front of an international audience of scientists from all scientific fields including traditional chemistry, mechanochemistry, and physics. During the scientific discussion, the knowledge and expertise of various researchers helped me in solving present problems and have launched new ideas for future projects. Further, I had the possibility to build up my own network being indispensable for my doctoral thesis and my future scientific career. |
